Sales Representative

Adonel Concrete is seeking motivated sales individuals to join our team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Ideal candidates are well-respected in the construction industry with a passion for hard work and success.

• Promote and sell concrete and block products
• Show strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Manage time and work independently and with a team
• Build relationships and interact effectively with others
• Drive with a clean record meeting company safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
• Ability to build relationships and relate to others
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record meeting company safety standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
• Identify and pursue prospective customers and projects
• Create and maintain customer accounts and projects
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Communicate effectively between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
• Aid in the collection of revenue, when necessary
