Ready Mix Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assembly, stripping, and oiling of concrete block forms
• Absorb and assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of concrete slab areas
• Help customers with rebar and retail supply orders
• Absorb and ensure all safety policies are followed to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors
• Operate the Telehandler & Skid steer (training available)

Minimum Qualifications

• Motivated and self-starter with the drive to expand job knowledge and skills
• Effective communicator with positive interactions with others
• Valid Idaho driver license with a clean record
• Flexible to work on various shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed
