About the role

A Day in the Life of a Concrete Plant Maintenance Person:

• Arrive to work with a great team of co-workers and plan out the day with safety as the top priority—if it's not safe, don't do it.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, including routine, preventative, diagnostic, and repair maintenance on all plant equipment such as conveyors, bins, hoppers, pits, air systems, and dust collectors.
• Operate front-end loader, forklift, aerial lift, Lull, welder, skid steer, and other plant equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round and be available for overtime as needed.
• Collaborate with the team during plant downtime—all hands on deck.

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair concrete plant equipment.
• Experience with welding and cutting.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• No fear of heights.
• Physically able to wear a respirator.
• Experience operating a front-end loader.
• Own hand tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
