Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (REQUIRED)
• Demonstrated success as a teacher at least 3 years (REQUIRED)
• Appropriate teaching certification (REQUIRED)
• An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
• A relentless work ethic and a high degree of patience to push through difficult challenges
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and instructional leaders
• Ability to build and manage strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including teachers, school leaders and regional staff
• Techonological proficiency and adaptability
• Excellent organizational skills
• The desire and humility to grow as an educator

Additional Information

• Starting salary for first-year teachers with a bachelor’s degree is $50,500
