What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the spray dryer process, managing everything from feed tanks and pumps to fluidized bed coolers and conveying equipment to deliver high-quality finished products.
• Monitor production to meet exact customer specifications and take the initiative to perform periodic maintenance and meticulously log data to ensure operational transparency.
• Collaborate with intent by signalling process deviations and flagging opportunities for improvement, demonstrating a drive for performance that optimizes our systems and delivers the results that matter most to our customers and the team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a dedicated and accountable self-starter who embodies the "Own It" mindset to drive the performance and reliability of our spray dryer operations. Our ideal candidate is a performance-driven professional with over four years of experience in a manufacturing environment, possessing the technical expertise to operate complex automated equipment and the analytical skills to identify process improvements.
