Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed prompts across React Native topics and write high-quality reference answers to guide AI learning.
- Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Test AI outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations, validating reliability across real-world mobile use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of professional experience building production mobile apps, including React Native (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React (hooks, state management patterns, memoization, rendering behavior).
- Hands-on experience with React Native fundamentals: component patterns, gestures/animations, lists, image handling, deep links, and notifications (as applicable).
- Experience with navigation and app structure (e.g., React Navigation) and managing complex flows safely.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific behavior and debugging on both iOS and Android (builds, logs, profiling, release issues).
- Familiarity with native integration: bridging/native modules, permissions, app lifecycle, and dependency management (CocoaPods/Gradle).
- Performance mindset: diagnosing and resolving jank, slow renders, large list performance, startup time, and bundle size.
- Experience with data and networking: error handling, retries, caching, offline-first strategies, and secure storage basics.
- Experience with testing and quality: Jest, React Native Testing Library, and E2E frameworks (Detox/Appium), plus CI/CD familiarity.
Qualifications
- Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to write clear technical explanations and follow detailed English-language guidelines.
- Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is a strong plus.
- Highly detail-oriented and systematic, with a methodical approach to evaluating reasoning quality and identifying subtle issues in complex mobile code.
