React / Full Stack Developer (Java + React)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will work across backend and frontend technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (8+/11+) and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement business logic, data processing, and system integrations.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
- Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work across the technology stack to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers for pixel-perfect implementations.
- Manage application state effectively using Redux or Context API.
- Build and consume RESTful services.
- Write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
- Work with databases like: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Work with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in: Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with: REST API development, Microservices architecture, React concepts including Hooks and Redux.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75000 - 90000. Capgemini provides a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
