Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Fund Controller on a closed-end real estate vehicle
- Engage in hands-on fund accounting tasks, including NAV support
- Manage capital activity and financial reporting
- Deliver investor-facing materials tied to fund-level accounting for real estate assets
Qualifications
- Experience in fund accounting, particularly within real estate
- Ability to handle NAV support and capital activity
- Proficiency in financial reporting and investor deliverables
Compensation
Pay Rate: $50 – $80/hr
