Fund Accountant Key Responsibilities Perform accounting activities for private equity investment funds.Support fund accounting processes, financial reporting, and related accounting functions.Collaborate with accounting professionals across multiple offices.Assist with ad hoc accounting projects, process improvements, and systems initiatives.Support additional accounting and analytical projects as responsibilities expand. Fund Accountant Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Accounting degree preferred.Fund accounting or relevant financial services accounting experience preferred.Strong accounting fundamentals and proficiency in Excel.Ability to demonstrate technical accounting knowledge and explain previous responsibilities in detail.Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a willingness to learn and take initiative.CPA progress or interest in obtaining certification is a plus.
