RCOH Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AWP maintenance support services to the SUPSHIP Newport News RCOH Team
• Support the development and upkeep of the following products listed below to develop and update the Availability Work Package (AWP) and Ship’s Force Work Package (SFWP)
• Support data entry for AWP technical and editorial changes in support of the RCOH Maintenance Planning Manager
• Maintain project team action item trackers and advance planning task tracker
• Provide for the monthly distribution of the AWP to various RCOH organizations using the PEO Carriers IDE and other government networks
• Support AWP technical reviews, program reviews and other meetings as required
• Conduct data imports of shipbuilder contract deliverables into government databases

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• 5+ years of relevant experience with aircraft carrier maintenance and operations
• Experience with shipbuilding and/or ship repair business analysis

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start, and the ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
