RCM Process Analyst

About the role

The RCM Process Analyst role is responsible for anticipating and uncovering areas of improvement and working with key leadership to implement solutions. Lead projects and documents actions and outcomes. Identifies shortfalls in current systems and analyzes data to support solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent revenue cycle leadership experience required.
• Four years of applicable revenue cycle or insurance experience required.
• Two years of experience in business analysis or related experience required.
• Proficient in all applicable systems (EPIC, ePremis, Reconomate, and Payor platforms).

Skills

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to audit and analyze.
• Experience creating detailed reports and presenting findings.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20 to $89,481.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
