About the Opportunity:The RCM ANALYST role is responsible for managing the daily billing processes for infusion treatments within the Revenue Cycle Management team. This position ensures accurate and timely billing by combining AI-assisted invoice review with manual oversight. The role involves building scalable billing processes in anticipation of significant volume growth, contributing to the organization's ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy in revenue management. Responsibilities:Review nursing and pharmacy invoices using an AI-assisted billing platform and resolve discrepancies with vendorsSubmit clean claims to payers and third-party administrators on time and accuratelyPost payments and reconcile ERA/EOBs to close monthly billing cyclesMaintain accuracy of treatment details, billing codes, and encounter information in tracking systemsCollaborate with clinical and care teams to obtain necessary information before submission deadlinesIdentify trends, errors, and process gaps and communicate them to the RCM lead to support automation and scaling efforts Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle managementProficiency with HCPCS codes (especially J-codes), CPT, and ICD-10Strong attention to detail in high-volume, repetitive tasksAbility to use spreadsheets and quickly learn new toolsClear written communication skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
