We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year, also Salary Range: $140K – $190K+. So we have Pay info. Benefits: they list BENEFITS Competitive Salary & Bonuses! Full Benefits Package! Employee Ownership & Profit Sharing Hybrid Work & Flexible Schedules! Meaningful Work! Accelerated Career Growth! That's benefits content. Schedule: they mention "This position requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. Additional in-office attendance may be required..." So schedule info exists. So we can include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. We also need sections: About the role (maybe from "A bit about us:" and "Job Details" etc). Responsibilities: duties list. Requirements: qualifications list. Skills: maybe from qualifications? Could combine but we need separate sections if content exists. The posting includes qualifications list (education, experience, certification, proficiency, knowledge, etc). Skills could be derived from qualifications but we can treat qualifications as Requirements and Skills maybe separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). Actually they gave list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which to include based on content. We have content for About the role (firm description). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe qualifications). Qualifications (maybe same as requirements? Could separate but we have both sections; we could put qualifications under Requirements and maybe Skills separate? But we have qualifications list includes education, experience, certification, proficiency, knowledge, etc. Skills could be things like "Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills." etc. That appears in qualifications list as well. Might be redundant. But we can still create Skills section pulling out skill-related statements. We must not create sections with filler. So if we split qualifications and skills, ensure each has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: "We are a multi-disciplined engineering firm with multiple offices. We specialize in MEP Engineering, Energy Efficiency & Building Optimization, Civil/Structural, Architecture, and Planning for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse. Our projects include commercial buildings, mission critical facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and more. We prioritize work/life balance and maintain a positive company culture. As an employee-owned firm, we believe that putting our employees first helps us provide excellent service to our clients." Also maybe "Why join us?" but that's benefits. Responsibilities: list of duties under "DUTIES" with subheadings: Project Leadership & Client Management, Technology Design & Production, Technical Leadership, Business Development & Marketing, Team Development & Organizational Support. We'll combine into a
  • list. Requirements: maybe the qualifications list that are mandatory: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the AEC industry. Minimum of eight years of technology consulting experience involving AV, ICT, and/or security systems. BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification required or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of BIM workflows, network infrastructure, and system integration methodologies. Experience developing technical specifications, preferably within CSI Division 27 and Division 28. Demonstrated project management and client relationship leadership experience. Proven success in business development and securing new project opportunities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success. Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could treat "Qualifications" as the list of certifications/education etc. But we already used that. Perhaps we can treat Requirements as the experience/skills needed, and Qualifications as the education/certification. But the instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for both; we can split. Let's define: - Requirements: Minimum of eight years of technology consulting experience involving AV, ICT, and/or security systems. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated project management and client relationship leadership experience. Proven success in business development and securing new project opportunities. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within the AEC industry. Skills: maybe we can extract skill-specific statements: Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success. Also maybe "Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects". But that's more ability. We could keep Skills as those soft skills. Benefits: list: Competitive Salary & Bonuses! Full Benefits Package! Employee Ownership & Profit Sharing Hybrid Work & Flexible Schedules! Meaningful Work! Accelerated Career Growth! Pay: Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year (also Salary Range: $140K – $190K+). We'll include that. Schedule: This position requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. Additional in-office attendance may be required to support meetings, site visits, client engagements, events, and other business needs. Travel between offices may also be necessary. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

    headings and
    • for lists,

for prose. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Also must not include repeated lines like "Want to learn more about this role and Jobot? Click our Jobot logo and follow our LinkedIn page!" etc. Also must not include application instructions like "Easy Apply now". Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any detail from the sections we keep. Let's craft:
