Essential Functions

• Answer incoming telephone calls and general guest questions about resort.
• Complete and record purchase requisitions to maintain documentation of purchases.
• Serve and/or prepare selected food items in predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to increase check average.
• Make sure all menus/collateral/counters are wiped down, free of spots or stains, and complete.
• Make sure entry doors are clean, free of debris and inviting.
• Clean all shelves and refrigerators and set up for next shift.
• Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Aid in inventory control.
• Provide an accurate assessment of inventory levels on a quarterly basis.

Other

• Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
• Attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
