RBT School Based, Behavioral Health

About the role

Royalty-free support for children with autism is offered at BAYADA Home Health Care. We seek dedicated professionals with or interested in obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures as per the treatment plan.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect and review behavior data with the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist to improve programs.
• Provide training and support to clients in interpersonal skills, personal relationships, and community living.
• Maintain awareness of clients' health and report any changes or incidents to the office.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3pm
