About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas
• Collect and record accurate client data
• Implement behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors when needed
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and families

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (in good standing)
• Minimum of 6 months of ABA therapy experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $25-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Guaranteed Raises: Automatic $0.50 raises every 6 months, with no cap
