(RBT) Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Kewa Pueblo, NM. As an RBT with Yes ABA Therapy, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Support positive behavior change and skill development

Requirements

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus
• Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
