About the role
As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in La Plata, NM.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Support positive behavior change and skill development
Requirements
- Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus
- Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
