About the Role
Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1–21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support, and guidance, which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.
We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions.

Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Qualifications
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
- Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
