About the Role
Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider offering primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. The team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
- Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Qualifications
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
- Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $22-$28 per hour
