RBT For 6 Year Old Boy (Mon-Thu: 8-3, Fri: 9-12)
About the role
Make a difference in his life - and in yours! We’re hiring Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1‑on‑1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play‑based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. You’ll work with the same children consistently, helping them make real progress in their everyday environments.
Responsibilities
- Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques
- Follow simple step‑by‑step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided)
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism)
- ABA experience a plus
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check

$21–$26/hr based on experience
Schedule
Location: Phoenix 85023 (in client's school). Hours: Mon‑Thu 8:00 AM‑3:00 PM; Fri 9:00 AM‑12:00 PM. Flexible scheduling: tell us when you’re available, and we’ll match you with clients.
