RBT for 2 Year Old Girl With Autism (Mon-Fri: 2:00-5:00)

About the role
Join BehaviorCare Therapy as a Paraprofessional (RBT/BT) and make a meaningful difference in the life of a 2-year-old girl with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for those looking to supplement their current job or school schedule while working directly with children in their homes during afternoon and evening hours.
You’ll provide one-on-one support to help children with autism or developmental delays build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This hands-on role offers high impact, training, and support to meet each child’s unique needs.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in their homes using play-based ABA techniques to help them learn and grow.
- Follow step-by-step treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA).
- Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided).
- Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow technicians to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate small wins together.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (e.g., SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, or autism-related roles).
- ABA experience is a plus.
- Afternoon and evening availability.
- Reliable transportation.
Pay
$21 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
