Pay

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.50-$22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, credentials, geographic market and other job related factors.

• $250 bonus opportunity once certified
• If already certified, $250 bonus after 30 days of employment

Schedule

Predictable full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM.

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision
• Implement personalized treatment plans
• Accurately record progress using our data collection system
• Build positive relationships with families and team members
• Assist with diaper changing/toileting as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a clinical background check
• Willingness to maintain an active RBT certification
