As an RBT or BT, you’ll work directly with children in our center-based setting, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will work alongside BCBAs and a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans in an engaging, structured environment. See the impact of your work every day. Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, & DTT.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, & daily living skills while building independence and confidence.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, & communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, & team members to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, positive, engaging, & supportive environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, & professional development to strengthen your clinical skills.
• Maintain confidentiality & uphold all ethical & professional standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA, childcare, preschool, education, or behavioral health experience a plus.

• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
