RBT/BT- Center Program
About the role
At Hand Over Hand, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, & thrive. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that help children with autism and developmental disabilities build essential skills, independence, & confidence. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, & growth-focused. We invest in our clinicians because we know that when our team feels supported, the children & families we serve benefit too. As an RBT or BT, you’ll work directly with children in our center-based setting, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will work alongside BCBAs and a supportive clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans in an engaging, structured environment. See the impact of your work every day—from a child learning to communicate a need, successfully interacting with a peer, or gaining a new level of independence, you will be there to help make those moments happen.
