RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

About the Role

As an RBT at Clearsteps ABA, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to helping our clients achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, providing ABA therapy in their natural environments
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address behavioral, social, and communication goals
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, collaborating with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of each client
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and continuity of care

Requirements

• Completion of the International Certification & Recredentialing Organization (ICRO) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification program
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Zero years of experience; training and mentorship provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
