RBT (Aggressive High Intensity Case)

About the Role

As an RBT at Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. This case requires a physically strong RBT confident and capable in implementing hands-on safety interventions (blocking, redirecting, physical prompts) with a large-bodied, physically active client.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans and providing individualized support to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless collaboration
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive supervision
• Adhere to Yes ABA Therapy's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality care and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and program implementation

Pay

• Competitive salary range of $25 - $30 per hour
