RBT AFTERNOON HOURS
Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism, delivering primarily in-home 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals ages 1-21. We emphasize a high level of communication, support, and guidance to ensure each therapist feels confident in their role.

Responsibilities
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Requirements
- RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
- Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow instructions.
- Demonstrated passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
