RBT AFTERNOON HOURS

About the role

Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism. The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18- $28.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coincide with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
