About the role
Provide support in a residential setting for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in daily living activities
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Document progress and observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Passing score on the RBT certification exam
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Effective communication and documentation skills
