About the role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help clients reach their individual goals. If you are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and enjoy making a real difference in the lives of children with Autism, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
- Directly implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before working.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
- All positions start as part‑time; candidates must be willing to commit to a six‑month term.
Preferred Experience
- Education or early childhood development.
- Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
- After‑school programs or camp counseling.
- Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
- ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with Autism.
- Healthcare support roles such as DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver.
- Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
- No prior experience required – paid training is provided for the right candidates.
