About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable. You will help clients reach their individual goals, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a real difference in the lives of children with Autism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Directly implement skill‑building and care plans as an integral part of the clinical team.
  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment while building strong connections with families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.
  • RBT certification required before starting work.
  • Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
  • All positions start as part‑time.
  • Commitment to a minimum six‑month term.

Desired Experience

  • Education or early childhood development.
  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
  • After‑school programs or camp counseling.
  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
  • ABA therapy or experience working with individuals with Autism.
  • Healthcare support roles such as DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver.
  • Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
  • No prior experience required – paid training is provided.
