About the role
The Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center focuses on developing cutting-edge electrical solutions for Raytheon’s products. Our systems support the entire product lifecycle, from high-tech engineering labs to critical field operations and sustainment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team
- Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs
- Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development and implementation phases
- Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation
- Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges
Qualifications
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) prior to start
- Knowledge of electrical components including resistors, capacitors, and transistors
- Experience with test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers
- Preferred: Experience with circuit design and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment
- Prioritization and management of multiple tasks and priorities to meet assigned deadlines
- Technical writing and delivering formal presentations
