Raysulate Production Operator II - 3rd Shift (Sun - Thur, 10pm - 6:30am)

About the role

Operates machines and tools used in manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Fix identified issues in manufacturing equipment and machines.
• Maintain activity logs for machines and keep final product/output records.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Address equipment failures, calibrate errors, and report them to management in a timely manner.
• Evaluate performance, compare it with established production quality and standards, and report variations.
• Perform changeovers and setups per the production schedule.
• Prepare and assemble component substances, parts, and materials.
• Escalate issues affecting the production schedule.

Requirements

• Typically requires 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.

Pay

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00 to $21.00/Hour + 13% Shift Differential for working on 3rd Shift (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith; TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
