Raysulate - Production Operator II - 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri, 2pm - 10:30pm

About the role

Operates machines and tools used in manufacturing processes to achieve production targets. Fixes identified issues in manufacturing equipment and machines, maintains activity logs for machines, and keeps a final product or output record. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery. Addresses equipment failures, calibrates errors, and reports them to management in a timely manner. Evaluates performance, compares it with established production quality and standards, and reports variations encountered. Performs changeovers and setups per the production schedule, prepares and assembles component substances, parts, and materials, and escalates issues affecting the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines and tools to meet production targets
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues; maintain machine activity logs and final output records
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to position and secure machinery
• Address equipment failures, calibrate errors, and report issues to management promptly
• Evaluate performance against quality standards and report deviations
• Perform changeovers and setups according to schedule; assemble components and escalate schedule-affecting issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Typically requires 1–2 years of related work experience

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour + 9% shift differential for working second shift (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith; TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges based on the selected candidate’s experience/qualification and internal and external equity.
