Principal Accountabilities
- Produce food-safe product in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comprehend weights and measurements during mixing procedures
- Communicate liquid egg levels to appropriate departments
- Train for confined space entry, chemical handling, CIP system, annual mixer training, pallet jack operation, and use of laboratory equipment
- Maintain adherence to all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures, and report any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Aged 18 or older
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with advanced notice
- Ability to work with and/or handle various food products, including eggs and pork, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
