About the role

Carlisle Companies is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and dependable Production Associate to assist with the manufacturing of quality product and be part of a great teamwork environment at our busy Kingman facility. The Associate will ensure following all Safety Policies & Procedures, apply all Quality Control systems, and operate mechanical equipment to complete all required tasks. Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line
• Utilize and ensure safe use of operating equipment as trained, such as forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves, and maintain high levels of housekeeping
• Read, write, perform basic mathematical equations, understand, and follow instructions detailed on Work Orders (i.e., Batch Tickets)
• Gather and maintain high stocking levels of all required components to efficiently package mixed product as determined on Batch tickets
• Record all required data on batch tickets, complete daily, weekly, monthly checklists, and equipment logs as required
• Understand KPIs and meet production targets given per task
• Complete quality testing and record testing data as required
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed and trained to do so
• Attend all training programs as required and sponsored by the company
• Perform required tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Apply and follow all OSHA and Henry safety standards, policies, and procedures that pertain to tasks performed
• Maintain cleanliness and organizational skills, keeping housekeeping at designated area as well as work site level
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Self-starter and able to work with little direct supervision
• Previous experience in a production environment
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable with a good attendance record
• Previous experience safely operating a forklift
• Flexible to work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Working Conditions

Fast-paced manufacturing environment where workers are exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures and dust; working with mechanical parts and pinch points; exposure to increased noise levels.

• Hours worked: 8-10 hours/shift, varies on shift schedule and business volume
• Flexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required
• Heavy, stationary machinery on manufacturing floor
• Tools and equipment used: Radio, Calculator, Measuring Devices, Hand tools, Computer (Shop Floor and ERP)
