Responsibilities

• Follow equipment guidelines to manufacture PVC Paste according to standards.
• Start and shut down equipment, adjust running conditions, and inspect material continuously.
• Compound or process ingredients according to formulas and observe production or monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Mix or blend ingredients using machines and mix for specified times, dump or pour materials into machinery, and collect samples for laboratory testing.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues while the machine is running, make adjustments to run conditions based on the quality of the material, and communicate with team members and management.
• Show problem-solving skills, read measuring equipment, perform standard math, oversee operations, and carry out tasks given by management.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment and make decisions.
• Be a team player.
