Raw Materials Warehouse Operator

Sofidel America (Las Vegas Blvd) is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities within warehouse and production operations through safe handling, accurate inventory execution, and efficient material movement. This role plays a key role in ensuring timely movement of materials, proper staging, and support of production operations, working closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas
• Stage materials in accordance with production schedules and operational needs
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervision
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience required or willingness to be trained
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team operations
• Basic experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred

Work Environment

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in plant and warehouse areas, including safety shoes, eye and ear protection, reflective vests, and hairnets or hats

• Exposure to paper dust and noise levels requiring hearing protection
