About the role

Join our dynamic team at MediNatura as a Product Manager. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Manage product development process, including feature prioritization and timeline management
• Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards
• Ensure product quality through testing and validation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant health and safety guidelines
• Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
