Raw Materials Prep Associate - Day Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the efficient and accurate delivery of raw materials to our production lines.
• Carefully coordinate to ensure materials are where they need to be when they are needed.
• Apply mathematical knowledge to estimate the amount of materials needed for production activities.
• Utilize specialized equipment to prepare raw materials to specification.
• Keep production running efficiently with timely material delivery.
• Foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50lbs to support production needs.
• A self-motivated individual who can excel independently while managing time effectively.
• Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.

Qualifications

Pay

Effective Hourly rate: $25.06/hr (includes base pay $22.10, weekend premium, and OT)

Schedule

The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!
