Raw Material Processor

Position Summary

Marucci Sports is seeking a Raw Materials Processor to join their team. The role involves accurately and timely processing of incoming raw materials, preparing items for production, and maintaining inventory flow.

Position Responsibilities

• Process all incoming raw materials ensuring they are appropriately categorized.
• Process and sort incoming cut bats.
• Prepare Trophy Bats for production.
• Prepare returned bats for production.
• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and store materials as needed.
• Maintain the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Organize raw material waste according to classification.
• Replenish shop with available inventory as needed.
• Unload/load all incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Restack pallets for inventory placement, ensuring stability and proper organization.
• Absorb and process other tasks as needed.
• Able to work on problems of moderate complexity and that require ability to identify causes, analyze data and resolve issues.
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, data entry, and communication.

Position Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience preferred.
