Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare professionals involved in FOP management
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase awareness and uptake of therapeutic solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers
  • Deliver compelling, compliant presentations based on clinical knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategies
  • Education healthcare providers on the disease state and treatment options available
  • Monitor local market trends for emerging growth opportunities and challenges

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
  • Rare/ultra-rare sales experience required
  • Musculoskeletal or rheumatology/orthopedic rare disease experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with key thought leaders in large group practices or managed care organizations
  • Outstanding interpersonal, selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Documented success in leading accounts with multiple call points
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Pay

$143,500 – $187,500 annually
