  • Educate clinicians and community partners on disease states and product benefits to increase awareness and ensure appropriate use.
  • Demonstrate deep clinical knowledge of bleeding disorders and competitive plasma therapies to effectively differentiate Kedrion's offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear sales goals and tactical execution strategies.

  • Provide regular, professional feedback to the broader Kedrion US Commercial team on customer insights, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome barriers and achieve goals.
  • Find creative and efficient ways to deliver results while maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with preference to candidates with Rare Disease Sales or Specialty Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Must reside in the territory with preference to Southern California (LA) or Arizona, and must be near a major airport to meet travel requirements.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders, including clinical and administrative decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated passion for improving patient outcomes, combined with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
