Rare Cardiac Access Care Manager San Diego, CA

Responsibilities

• Lead patient journey from enrollment to therapy initiation
• Conduct assessments to identify barriers for consented patients
• Career coordination across healthcare providers to ensure timely access
• Act as reimbursement and coverage pathways expert for the company therapies
• Guide the prior authorization process and address coding challenges
• Deliver education on reimbursement processes and patient access resources
• Develop account-level strategies to enhance patient access

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles; 9 years with advanced degree
• 1+ year in Access and Reimbursement support
• 3-6 years of Specialty Pharma experience, ideally in the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical sectors
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to operate within a regulated environment and adhere to compliance guidelines
• Valid U.S. driver's license with compliance to company standards
