Rapid Service Technician

As an Rapid Service Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Inspection and Minor Service: Shortly after joining our team, you’ll learn our process for inspections and minor vehicles.
- Diagnostic Techniques & Training: When vehicles become problematic, learn what diagnostic steps to take with the guidance of our A-level master technicians.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
- Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment: Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.
- Rapid Service Technicians: Operate as part of a tight, high-performing team driving shop productivity. Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail under speed.
Requirements
- Prior experience as any type of automotive technician is required (general service, tires, lube technicians all welcome to apply).
- Ability to work quickly (this is a fast-paced position).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
