Rapid Response Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse on the Rapid Response team. Responsibilities: Respond to acute patient deterioration, conduct rapid assessments, initiate evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to stabilize patients. Support code blue events and educate bedside staff on early warning signs. Utilize advanced monitoring and life-support equipment. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing licensure, strong clinical assessment skills, ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of advanced monitoring and life-support techniques is essential. Key Duties: Provide immediate response to medical emergencies, support patient stabilization, promote staff education on early detection, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
