Rapid Response Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse Rapid Response Responsibilities Provide expert, immediate bedside intervention for deteriorating patients across hospital units.Assess and stabilize patients, initiate critical care protocols, and collaborate with physicians and code teams.Support staff through education and de-escalation techniques.Utilize advanced monitoring and technology to ensure accurate documentation and patient safety.Promote quality outcomes and participate in performance improvement initiatives.Mentor and train unit nurses to enhance early recognition and rapid response practices system-wide. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license.Expertise in acute and critical care, with strong assessment and stabilization skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in advanced monitoring and documentation tools.Strong communication, education, and leadership abilities.
