Rapid Response Cold Storage Fulfillment Associate – Part Time

About the role

The Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and quality fulfillment services at Cart.com. This position requires a strong team player who can handle various tasks and emergencies within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves
• Restock and perform cycle counts on inventory
• Prepare special projects as needed
• Support any team within the warehouse, whether it's inbound, outbound, inventory, or returns
• Participate in drills and emergency response (24/7/365)

Requirements

• Willing to work one 5-hour shift per week (M-F, 7:00 am-12:00 pm or 12:00 pm-5:00 pm)
• Available for 24/7/365 emergency response as a fully trained associate
• Comfortable working in a cold-storage/freezer environment (temperatures ranging from -112 degrees to 66-77 degrees Fahrenheit)
• Willing to drive Turret Truck or Forklift and receive certification

Pay
