Part Time - Order Fulfillment Associate

About the role

The Omni Experience Ambassador is responsible for executing warehouse activities such as pulling merchandise, moving items to staging areas, verifying counts with handheld scanners, and operating equipment. They support digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, ensuring efficient order processing and maintaining club standards.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases promptly and courteously using RF scanners.
• Communicate inventory issues and coordinate replenishments.
• Package orders securely, maintain cleanliness, and handle damaged goods per SOP.
• Support club policies, safety, and a positive environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed and meet productivity standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience with order pulling, RF scanners, or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently, work on hard surfaces, and adapt to temperature variations.
• Strong team collaboration, commitment to safety, and excellent customer service.
